Return and Exchange Policy
Product Appreciation Period
If you wish to return an item, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. You will need to provide the following information:

*Name of the Item Being Returned
*Reason for Return and Photos

Return Policy
Returned items must be unused and free from any damage or faults caused by factors other than normal use. The consumer protection law provides a 7-day appreciation period solely for you to consider and confirm whether the product meets your needs; it is not a trial period. If indicated by our store, please retain the complete original packaging (including outer boxes); otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
Returns cannot be accepted under the following circumstances:
* Exceeding the 7-day product appreciation period.
* Items that have been opened or used, or have been damaged due to human factors (such as stains, faults, damage, wear, scratches, or dirt).
* Returned items with damaged or incomplete packaging, or missing invoices or accessories.
* Malicious or bulk returns.
Return Process
1. Contact customer service
2. Confirm eligibility for return
3. Prepare the complete item and invoice
4. Provide collection time, contact information, and address
5. Collection will be conducted by logistics appointed by the store, with the customer responsible for shipping costs.
Refund Information
Credit Card Payments: Upon successful confirmation of the return, the amount will be refunded directly to the original credit card account used for payment.
Cash on Delivery Payments: Upon successful confirmation of the return, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provide.
Exchange Policy

Exchange Process
If you and the store mutually agree to process an exchange, please initiate a return for the original order and place a new order in the store. The company will only issue an invoice for any price difference and collect or refund such amounts; if there is no price difference, no further processing will be required.
